Our LIFE culture is led by our Chairman and Managing Director of the
business and supported by the LIFE Leadership Team (LLT) and LIFE
Champions across all sites. We firmly believe that, and are committed to
ensuring that our LIFE culture will eliminate all incidents.

Reporting to the LIFE leadership team and project managers, they act as
proactive ambassadors for our LIFE culture by promoting SHEQ compliance,
leading weekly LIFE meetings, addressing observations, sharing best practices,
while driving culture change across projects.
