Monopumps
Less versatile than the Double
Diaphragm Pump, but capable of
higher pressures (up to 12 bar).
These are fitted as standard on our
larger grout mixer / pumps, or can
be supplied separately on skids if
required.
Double Diaphragm Pumps
Normally used in conjunction with smaller
mixers, these popular Air Powered Pumps
are simple and lightweight, and can deliver
up to 7 bar output pressure.

Mixer / Pump
For pumping mortars or ‘gritty’ grouts, with
output pressures up to 35 bar. Electric drive
(3-phase / 400V / 32A). Can be used with
35mm or 50mm High Pressure Mortar Hose.
Important: Specialist Plant Associates grouting equipment is
only to be used with cement / water and cement / PFA / water
type grouts. Grouts containing any sand or aggregate, including
specialist ‘branded’ grouts such as ‘Conbextra’ (or similar Fosroc /
Tecroc products) must not be used as these will block or damage
the equipment. Specialist Plant Associates can supply mortar mixer
/ pumps for these types of products.
