Building more
than projects
Liverpool Bay team BBQ
Great projects are built by great teams.
Following another successful period of work
on the Liverpool Bay project, colleagues
took the opportunity to step away from the
workface and enjoy a team barbecue.
Events like these might appear simple, but
they play an important role in strengthening
the relationships that help projects succeed.
Sharing time together away from work
provides an opportunity to recognise
individual contributions, welcome new
starters, thank colleagues for their
commitment and simply enjoy each other’s
company.
LIFE has always recognised that wellbeing is
about more than physical health.
Feeling valued, connected and part of a team
contributes directly to creating a positive
working environment.
The Liverpool Bay barbecue was another
reminder that taking time to celebrate
success is just as important as working hard
to achieve it.
