LIFE best practice awards
Every day across Joseph Gallagher, colleagues
demonstrate the behaviours that make LIFE
more than just a programme.
» Sometimes it’s stepping in to help a
colleague.
» Sometimes it’s challenging an unsafe act.
» Sometimes it’s introducing an idea that
improves the way we work.
Often, these actions happen quietly, without
any expectation of recognition and the LIFE
Best Practice Awards exist to make sure those
moments don’t go unnoticed.
The awards recognise individuals and teams
who consistently demonstrate our values of
Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Excellence and
Determination through their everyday actions.
Recipients receive a £50 voucher, but more
importantly they receive recognition from their
colleagues for making a genuine difference.
Recognition plays an important role in building
culture. When we celebrate positive behaviours,
we encourage others to follow the same example.
Every award reminds us that creating an
outstanding culture isn’t about one exceptional
act. It’s about hundreds of small decisions made
every day by people who choose to do the right
thing.
If you see someone living our values, don’t
assume someone else will recognise them.
