We are incredibly proud to share that our
company and our LIFE (Living Incident Free
Everyday) programme has been recognised
with the Health & Safety Award:
People & Culture.
This award is not just recognition of a health and safety
initiative. It is recognition of every person across
Joseph Gallagher who has embraced LIFE and helped
create a culture where safety, wellbeing, respect and
care for one another are part of everything we do.
From the very beginning, LIFE was built around a
simple but powerful ambition: ensuring that everyone
goes home safely to their loved ones, each and every
day.
Over the last 12 years, this vision has become embedded
across our business and continues to guide how
we work, lead and support each other.The judges
recognised that the programme has become a cultural
framework that encourages personal responsibility,
open communication and shared accountability.
